Overnight Parking
The Ella is directly across the street from the City of Melrose Highland parking lot. The Residential Overnight Permit is available to Melrose residents who do not have off-street parking at their homes. This permit allows parking in designated municipal and commuter rail parking lots between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM, when on-street parking is prohibited. However, the permit does not authorize overnight parking on the street or all-day parking in these lots.
